(M/F) Recruitment Specialist with Spanish language skills
Scope of duties
- Independently managing recruitment processes for roles at various levels,
- Actively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media and other recruitment channels,
- Drafting and publishing attractive job advertisements,
- Screening and assessing applications and conducting interviews,
- Communicating with Spanish-speaking candidates by telephone and email, and keeping them regularly updated on the progress of the recruitment process,
- Matching candidates to suitable job vacancies in accordance with the client’s requirements,
- Providing comprehensive support to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process,
- Initial verification of documents required for employment,
- Monitoring the achievement of recruitment targets and reporting results on an ongoing basis,
- Ensuring a positive image of the company and a high standard of service for candidates.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or a similar role – desirable,
- Knowledge of Spanish – essential,
- Proficiency in Polish sufficient for fluent communication,
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily,
- Independence, good organisational skills and the ability to set priorities,
- A focus on achieving objectives and delivering results,
- Ability to conduct telephone conversations and interact comfortably with candidates,
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a fast-paced environment,
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office,
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the field of HR,
- A positive attitude, a sense of responsibility and good manners.
